For those of you who didn't know we are building a new house. Yes, we have only been in our house for 2 1/2 years, but have gained 2 more children and decided that we needed to move before Dylan started school in 2010. We also wanted to stay in Cedar Park and as most of you know our "hobby" is visiting model homes. Well, we liked Newmark in Westside Preserve at Buttercup Creek.
Our old house just went on the market this past weekend. We've had 3 showings so far and since we were out of town our realtor let a younger guy do an Open House both days this past weekend. Nothing yet, but I keep praying that someone will snatch our house up soon so I can stop being a constant cleaner and focus more time on the kids.
I'm actually really liking keeping the clutter down and the house clean. I even fired my maid today b/c now that I am looking deeper, she doesn't quite cut it! Of course, no one can do it as good as me. They just do it more often!
Anyway, the house won't be ready until June anyway so we have time to sell. If you know of anyone wanting to move to Cedar Park feel free to send them our way...MLS#7684135
